We are officially back in writing mode! It's been a long while since anything new appeared, we have a jam that is almost a song, just needs a little pruning, as it were, very exiting. Samplers of new and old stuff will hopefully be ready soon with Ally on vocals and Peter on guitar... in addition to this we are aiming to have enough new material ready to get back into the studio at the beginning of next year... watch this space for demos and updates! The future's funky!!!

Unfortunately The Reflective as we knew it is coming to an end with Jon's departure coming ever closer, this is a great shame as all the band are in agreement that with the addition of a separate vocalist Jon really is getting into lead guitarist mode and showing what was already evident... the fact that he is a fantastically creative guitarist, this is in no way taking anything away from what has gone on before but any guitarist/vocalist will know how difficult it really is to concentrate on being lead/rhythm guitarist as well as being lead vocals too in a 3 piece band.

PS... Do not forget our next gig at The Happy Frenchman, Christ Church Road, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2SX on the 1st of August 2008. Come along and show your support, it is also Jon's last gig with us so will be a special evening... come along and join us folks!!

A few new additions today... first up and most important you may now buy our album 'pS'archeology' online using the links further down the page, we will post to UK or Internationally and the prices have been set to allow for postage costs. You may also download the album in MP3 format, the album has been compressed in zip format, passworded and is available at a reduced rate! What you don't get is the full album packaged in its retail loveliness but this is reflected in the price. Gig news has also been added so put those dates in your diary!

After years; nay months; nay weeks; naaaaay months of searching for the chosen one...  one has been chosen and he is the one! His name be Neo... oops (Ally is revelling in his Matrix fixation again) NO, he be (is) Peter and he be (is) our new guitarist! Welcome Peter, good to have you on board!

With the sad news of Jon's departure in mid August we are pleased to announce that we have a new singer on board. Ally has been singing in bands and solo since the early 90's and is a welcome addition to the band. Our search for a guitarist still goes on but we are getting closer to having a complete line up ready for when Jon travels North!
